{"id":27963,"date":"2026-06-30T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-06-30T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/angelboss.com.br\/2026\/06\/30\/321727-abb-projeta-economia-de-ate-us-12-bi-com-troca-de-motores\/"},"modified":"2026-06-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2026-06-30T00:00:00","slug":"321727-abb-projeta-economia-de-ate-us-12-bi-com-troca-de-motores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/angelboss.com.br\/en\/2026\/06\/30\/321727-abb-projeta-economia-de-ate-us-12-bi-com-troca-de-motores\/","title":{"rendered":"ABB projeta economia de at\u00e9 US$ 12 bi com troca de motores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A provedora de tecnologias de eletrifica\u00e7\u00e3o e automa\u00e7\u00e3o ABB&nbsp;<a rel=\"follow\" href=\"https:\/\/new.abb.com\/news\/pt-br\/detail\/136196\/relatorio-da-abb-mostra-como-um-ganho-de-02-na-eficiencia-em-motores-pode-liberar-bilhoes-para-a-industria\">divulgou estudo que projetou a economia de energia com a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o do parque global de motores de alta pot\u00eancia<\/a>, acima de 375 kW, por modelos de m\u00e1xima efici\u00eancia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a empresa, ao longo da vida \u00fatil m\u00e9dia de 25 anos desse tipo de equipamento, a economia gerada poderia alcan\u00e7ar de US$ 9,5 a US$ 12 bilh\u00f5es, havendo ainda redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 100 a 150 TWh na demanda mundial de energia e a n\u00e3o libera\u00e7\u00e3o de 60 a 75 milh\u00f5es de toneladas de CO\u2082 na atmosfera.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As proje\u00e7\u00f5es consideram a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o de motores de alta pot\u00eancia por modelos pelo menos 0,2 ponto porcentual mais econ\u00f4micos e um cen\u00e1rio em que esse tipo de motor responde por cerca de 10,4% do consumo mundial de eletricidade, conforme estima a Ag\u00eancia Internacional de Energia (IEA, em ingl\u00eas).<\/p>\n<p>No estudo, a ABB chama aten\u00e7\u00e3o para a import\u00e2ncia de priorizar motores no topo da escala de efici\u00eancia em projetos industriais de efici\u00eancia energ\u00e9tica. Segundo o texto, ao n\u00e3o especificarem motores de m\u00e1xima efici\u00eancia, priorizando uma economia imediata, as ind\u00fastrias acabam, na verdade, contratando um preju\u00edzo futuro, ainda mais relevante no caso de motores de alta pot\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;A fase de uso de um motor de grande porte responde pela ampla maioria do seu custo total de propriedade&quot;, diz o texto. &quot;A eletricidade \u00e9, de longe, o maior componente de custo. Para ind\u00fastrias que avaliam a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o de motores el\u00e9tricos, o argumento financeiro e ambiental \u00e9 insepar\u00e1vel: quanto menos energia for desperdi\u00e7ada, menores ser\u00e3o os custos operacionais desde o primeiro dia de opera\u00e7\u00e3o&quot;, segue.<\/p>\n<p>No texto, a ABB cita um caso em que a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de um \u00fanico motor deve gerar uma economia de US$ 5,9 milh\u00f5es ao longo de 25 anos. O motor em quest\u00e3o \u00e9 um equipamento de 56 MW de pot\u00eancia (foto), com efici\u00eancia medida em 99,13%, a maior j\u00e1 aferida no mundo, fabricado pela ABB para uma sider\u00fargica indiana para acionar uma unidade de separa\u00e7\u00e3o de gases.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A economia projetada considera o desempenho desse modelo em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a um motor de pot\u00eancia equivalente com efici\u00eancia m\u00e9dia da categoria, de 98,64%, al\u00e9m do custo m\u00e9dio de eletricidade na \u00cdndia.
