A 14\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o do concurso teve in\u00edcio no dia 10 de abril e, na capital e na Regi\u00e3o Metropolitana, mais de 150 butecos participam da competi\u00e7\u00e3o, convidando o p\u00fablico a visitar os estabelecimentos, experimentar os petiscos criados especialmente para o evento, vendidos a pre\u00e7o fixo de R$ 40, e votar no seu buteco favorito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neste ano, o tema nacional \u00e9 verduras. Em todo o Brasil, o concurso est\u00e1 presente em 50 munic\u00edpios, distribu\u00eddos em 27 circuitos regionais, reunindo mais de 1.100 participantes. Ao longo dos 30 dias, a expectativa \u00e9 de que o evento movimente mais de R$ 350 milh\u00f5es, superando o resultado registrado na edi\u00e7\u00e3o de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acordo com Filipe Tosta, s\u00f3cio-diretor de opera\u00e7\u00f5es do Comida di Buteco, o per\u00edodo do concurso, realizado entre abril e maio, \u00e9 o mais importante do ano para os butecos participantes. \u201cNesse intervalo, os estabelecimentos registram, em m\u00e9dia, cerca de 40% do faturamento anual\u201d, afirma. Segundo ele, a expectativa \u00e9 de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de aproximadamente 15 mil empregos diretos e indiretos em todo o Brasil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 frente do&nbsp;<strong>Bar e Mercearia Carauari<\/strong>, na zona norte da capital paulista, a propriet\u00e1ria Andrea Rocha Carvalho, refor\u00e7ou a equipe para atender \u00e0 demanda da competi\u00e7\u00e3o, com a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de cinco profissionais tempor\u00e1rios, entre gar\u00e7ons e equipe de cozinha. \u201c\u00c9 necess\u00e1rio estruturar bem o atendimento para acompanhar o aumento de p\u00fablico. O Comida di Buteco j\u00e1 se consolidou e hoje representa uma oportunidade importante para toda a cadeia de bares e restaurantes, tanto para n\u00f3s propriet\u00e1rios quanto para quem busca uma renda extra ou uma coloca\u00e7\u00e3o no setor\u201d, afirma Andrea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na mesma regi\u00e3o, o\u00a0<strong>Comida de Porteco<\/strong>\u00a0tamb\u00e9m ampliou a equipe e ajustou a opera\u00e7\u00e3o para o per\u00edodo. Ao todo, foram realizadas nove contrata\u00e7\u00f5es fixas para atender \u00e0 demanda, distribu\u00eddas entre bar, sal\u00e3o e cozinha. \u201c\u00c9 um per\u00edodo intenso, que exige planejamento e uma equipe bem alinhada. Na edi\u00e7\u00e3o de 2025, o concurso contabilizou mais de 1,5 milh\u00e3o de votos, atraiu cerca de 170 mil turistas e contribuiu para a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de mais de 15 mil empregos diretos.
