No cen\u00e1rio global, de acordo com o <a rel=\"follow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/publications\/global-gender-gap-report-2025\/digest\/\">F\u00f3rum Econ\u00f4mico Mundial<\/a>, mulheres representam cerca de 25% da for\u00e7a de trabalho em tecnologia e ocupam uma fatia ainda menor das posi\u00e7\u00f5es estrat\u00e9gicas. No recorte executivo, estudo da <a rel=\"follow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/people-and-organizational-performance\/our-insights\/women-in-the-workplace\">McKinsey<\/a> aponta que menos de 30% desses cargos no mundo s\u00e3o ocupados por mulheres.<\/p>\n<p>Em 2025, a Tecban registrou aumento de 10% nas contrata\u00e7\u00f5es femininas em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2024. Atualmente, as mulheres representam 22,2% do quadro total de colaboradores da empresa. Desse total, 42% se declaram negras.
