Agora estamos quase\u00a0em\u00a0dez vezes esse volume, e estou incrivelmente orgulhosa\u201d, afirma Christine Kaufmann, respons\u00e1vel por Recrutamento na planta do\u00a0BMW\u00a0Group\u00a0em\u00a0Berlim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A planta&nbsp;de&nbsp;Berlim&nbsp;representa, h\u00e1 57 anos, nossa sede&nbsp;de&nbsp;produ\u00e7\u00e3o&nbsp;de&nbsp;motocicletas&nbsp;\u201cMade in Berlin\u201d, sin\u00f4nimo&nbsp;de&nbsp;excel\u00eancia, m\u00e1xima qualidade e inova\u00e7\u00e3o tecnol\u00f3gica. Como planta l\u00edder&nbsp;dentro&nbsp;de&nbsp;uma rede internacional&nbsp;de&nbsp;produ\u00e7\u00e3o&nbsp;de&nbsp;motocicletas, com unidades pr\u00f3prias no Brasil e na Tail\u00e2ndia, al\u00e9m&nbsp;de&nbsp;produ\u00e7\u00e3o por contrato na China e na \u00cdndia,&nbsp;Berlim&nbsp;assume um papel pioneiro&nbsp;em&nbsp;processos produtivos&nbsp;de&nbsp;\u00faltima gera\u00e7\u00e3o e digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hist\u00f3ria e&nbsp;desenvolvimento da planta&nbsp;de&nbsp;motocicletas&nbsp;em&nbsp;Berlim<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A hist\u00f3ria da planta remonta a 1939, quando a\u00a0BMW\u00a0assumiu o controle do local\u00a0em\u00a0Berlim\u00a0e iniciou a fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0de\u00a0componentes para\u00a0motocicletas. A transfer\u00eancia completa da produ\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0de\u00a0motos\u00a0de\u00a0Munique para\u00a0Berlim\u00a0foi conclu\u00edda\u00a0em\u00a01969, transformando\u00a0Berlim\u00a0na \u00fanica planta\u00a0de\u00a0motocicletas\u00a0da\u00a0BMW\u00a0no mundo naquele momento. Na \u00e9poca, cerca\u00a0de\u00a0400 colaboradores trabalhavam na unidade, produzindo 30\u00a0motocicletas\u00a0por dia, a base para o sucesso global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A produ\u00e7\u00e3o cresceu&nbsp;de&nbsp;forma constante:&nbsp;em&nbsp;1975 saiu a motocicleta n\u00famero 100 mil,&nbsp;em&nbsp;1980 foi superada a marca&nbsp;de&nbsp;250 mil unidades,&nbsp;em&nbsp;2001 alcan\u00e7ou-se um milh\u00e3o,&nbsp;em&nbsp;2011 a moto n\u00famero dois milh\u00f5es e,&nbsp;em&nbsp;2019, a moto n\u00famero tr\u00eas milh\u00f5es saiu da planta.
