Mais do que uma obriga\u00e7\u00e3o documental, a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o da norma refor\u00e7a a necessidade de identificar, avaliar e gerenciar fatores ligados \u00e0 organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho que podem afetar a sa\u00fade dos colaboradores, como metas, jornadas, sobrecarga, comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, lideran\u00e7a e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de atividades.<\/p>\n<p>Para debater esse cen\u00e1rio, o Grupo Skill realizar\u00e1, no dia&nbsp;<strong>11 de agosto<\/strong>, \u00e0s&nbsp;<strong>14h<\/strong>, o webinar&nbsp;<strong>&quot;Al\u00e9m da Conformidade: O Impacto das&nbsp;NRs&nbsp;no Neg\u00f3cio&quot;<\/strong>, reunindo especialistas para discutir os reflexos das Normas Regulamentadoras na gest\u00e3o das empresas.<\/p>\n<p>A convidada ser\u00e1&nbsp;<strong>Dra. Maria Lucia&nbsp;Ciampa&nbsp;Benhame&nbsp;Puglisi<\/strong>, advogada trabalhista e s\u00f3cia-diretora da&nbsp;Benhame&nbsp;Advocacia, que apresentar\u00e1 uma an\u00e1lise sobre os impactos jur\u00eddicos da NR-1 e sua rela\u00e7\u00e3o com outras normas, especialmente a&nbsp;<strong>NR-17<\/strong>, respons\u00e1vel por tratar dos aspectos ergon\u00f4micos e da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"follow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/rhpravoce.com.br\/colab\/protecao-dados-riscos-psicossociais-nr1\">A&nbsp;atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o da NR-1<\/a>&nbsp;passou a incluir expressamente os fatores de riscos psicossociais no Gerenciamento de Riscos Ocupacionais (GRO), determinando que as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es identifiquem, avaliem e adotem medidas preventivas para controlar esses riscos no ambiente de trabalho. A medida busca fortalecer a cultura de preven\u00e7\u00e3o e promover ambientes de trabalho mais seguros e saud\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n<p>A Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial da Sa\u00fade (OMS) e a Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional do Trabalho (OIT) destacam que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/news-room\/fact-sheets\/detail\/mental-health-at-work\">ambientes de trabalho<\/a> com cargas excessivas, baixa autonomia, jornadas prolongadas, falta de apoio da lideran\u00e7a e outros fatores psicossociais representam riscos \u00e0 sa\u00fade mental dos trabalhadores.
