No entanto, embora tenham presen\u00e7a expressiva nas equipes, sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o em cargos de lideran\u00e7a \u00e9 proporcionalmente menor quando comparada ao conjunto de profissionais do setor.<\/p>\n<p>Conforme apontam os dados, a maior parte dos CSCs (42%) informou que as mulheres ocupam entre 26% e 50% das posi\u00e7\u00f5es de lideran\u00e7a. Em seguida, 29% indicaram que a participa\u00e7\u00e3o feminina nesses cargos fica entre 0% e 25%.<\/p>\n<p>Pedro Moi, s\u00f3cio do IEG e respons\u00e1vel pela MIA, explica que os CSCs re\u00fanem opera\u00e7\u00f5es que v\u00e3o desde atividades transacionais at\u00e9 processos de maior complexidade. Segundo ele, s\u00e3o \u00e1reas que contam com uma presen\u00e7a feminina j\u00e1 consolidada. &quot;Al\u00e9m disso, grande parte dos CSCs j\u00e1 possui iniciativas de diversidade e inclus\u00e3o, o que pode ter contribu\u00eddo para fortalecer e ampliar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o das mulheres no setor&quot;, analisa.<\/p>\n<p>O executivo tamb\u00e9m destaca que os CSCs t\u00eam promovido maior efici\u00eancia, padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o e integra\u00e7\u00e3o de processos cr\u00edticos nas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es.
